There are many different sights to see in the Gordonton village such as the war memorial which is placed between the oak trees which was planted next to the church. they were planted there to give shelter to the horses that would come from the expected railway road. The war memorial is also next to the community hall which is us for many actions such as parties, weddings and much much more.
